Could just be a less than perfect injection or a reaction to the gear. Especially with you NOT saying it's painful, no need to panick. If it gets hot to the touch and you develop a fever it may be an infection.

Make the cardio something fun; not just being miserable on a stationary bike. And when I say cardio I simply mean an activity other than weightlifting that burns a meaningful amount of calories - Jui Jitsu, aerobics, boxing, yoga: think out of the box.

The order didn't specify the size, but is was the only .45u they offered. The smaller end didn't fit snug on the needle but it still worked.

I draw with 18gauge and inject with 25 gauge. I buy the 25 gauge needle with syringe and buy the 18 gauge needles separate. You could do it the other way around too.
