    you need to give a little more info: like your weight bodyfat and what division you are shooting for. just in general i would say you are going to need 16-20wks of good solid hard core dieting regardless. low and slow is the way to go leading up into a show

    watch the video above as well as check out the videos from pro and npc comps. if you can find a good competitor at your gym they can help you tweak your poses best to accentuate your presentation. you have to highlight your strong points as much as possible and hide weak points as well

    take a look at igf lr3, cjc wo dac hex and ipam. these are great at adding in fat loss and giving you an added boost. gwp as well as the other companies here have some pretty sweat deals going right now
