you need to give a little more info: like your weight bodyfat and what division you are shooting for. just in general i would say you are going to need 16-20wks of good solid hard core dieting regardless. low and slow is the way to go leading up into a show
didnt see much increase in hunger at all but to be honest with you during contest prep i am starving almost all the time. it made it worse with ghrp6 but no to bad to tolerate with the ipam

watch the video above as well as check out the videos from pro and npc comps. if you can find a good competitor at your gym they can help you tweak your poses best to accentuate your presentation. you have to highlight your strong points as much as possible and hide weak points as well
keep an eye on your weight and comp and see what happens. if you dont change any aspect of your diet and training you should be able to see and feel the difference when you stop. that was a great question
