like I said I measured on the calipers, so there may be inacuracy in the way I measure and also in the calipers themselves..... and it would be hard to maintain, for example, I just went on a ski trip and did a little to much partying..... so I feel like I blew up a little cause my diet was...

according to the calipers I am around 3.5 - 4%. don't know how accurate that is though.....
