its an underground based out of ontario- Im almost certain its comin from Toronto. I havent heard anything about it as far as quality is concerned however i wouldnt chance it. There's plenty of other reputable UG labs that have made a good name for themselves. Or spend a little more and get the zambom vials.

I dunno anything about scion, but Quest labs has a very good reputation as far as Canadian labs are concerned.
