I am still learning and researching on some thigs here. I had a qwestion on creatine and that is, are there any side effects to taking it.
The reason I ask is because a friend of mine was taking creatine a few years ago and he said that it caused to side effects. it was a number of months ago...
The funny thing is, that now when some one brings up chicken, I lose my appitite all together. It really makes me feel sick some times.
But I do get your points. Eating somethig you hate to achive a higher goal, If I could put it that way.
I am some what, well very new, to lifting and I got some 100% whey protein and I was woundering how much I shouldbe taking after a hard workout? I figure I should not be taking a lot, due to the fact that I am just starting.

hey guys. I have been looking at the different meal ideas and have noticed a lot of them have chicken in the receipt. Is there any replacement for chicken, cause to be honest I hate chicken, Have had it way to much recently.
Thanks guys. I think I will go the rout of getting a membership at a gym. I wish I could get my own set up, but I just don't have the room for it right now. So going to the gym would be the next best thing for me.
are the energy drinks like red bull and rock star, bad to have while training hard. I ask this because I know they are loaded with caffeine and didn't know if that had an effect.
