It does not matter imo. Doing less than an hour of cardio is not going to force your body to eat muscle and will not deplete glycogen storage. I would be more concerned with the after cardio nutrition.
Used entire 60ml bottle by itself. Started with 5mg p/day for a couple weeks, and the rest was at 10mg p/day.
Was running 30-50 miles per week.
Results: I do not think this product did anything at all. No results, no endurance benefit, nothing.
Test e 400mg is a good 1st cycle. Post more info, post the weight you lift too.
That way we can see progress better.

He wants to "hang out" which means he is hopeful of more. If he is a good guy he will go with your actions and you can prob just hang out...but he wants more imo.
If he isn't a great guy he will try something and you will be in a pinch. i would avoid this unless you want him.
