nolva only really suppresses estrogen, the clomid brings the nuts back better.

most people for time off say, the length of the cycle +post cycle therapy (pct) length. So if u do a 12 week cycle with a 5 week post cycle therapy (pct), the total amount of time off should be 17 weeks.
