Probably a stupid question and/or a repeat post but
I am going to be starting supplaments again
NoXplode (20g preworkout)
Creatine (5g post workout)
DHEA (200mg daily)
Fish Oil (2g TID)
Anything I should look to take out....add...change dosing...anything at all...I am ordering everything...
Here is an example of how my different days go. I dont do the same thing every time I work out but this is my general guideline I try to follow
chest/triceps/core
flat bench (5 sets 5-12reps)
cybex incline (4 sets 8-12reps)
incline dumbbell (4-5 sets 8-16 reps)
rope pulldown(3 sets 12-18...
ya i am really now sure what you guys would need to know so i didnt provide much before sorry
a)deads i miss at 475 and bench i have never tried to go higher than 345.....i never have a spotter so i move up slowly which sucks
b)no eqp i dont even use wrist wraps. i ordered some but i havent...
For two months now I have been training towards doing pull-push meets and i need a suggestion or two of what might help my bench and deads increase so I can start gettin closer to some records for my class if not break them.

I dont really know what day tomorro is going to be but its going to be a long session with about 45 minutes of cardio and a lot of abs.....wat do u guys do along with the core area.....
I usually dont like to do them this way because i would rahter put all my effort into my squats over the leg press.....but i havent done legs in a while so i did 'em both. my knees and lower back ended up hurting afterwards so it kinda sucked..
only thing i need to work on is gettin down...

Really nothing special....either some beef or tuna (nothign else just the meat) or I have a big protein shake (between 40 and 60 grams usually)
as soon as my capsules come in i am going to start compounding glutamine bc i cant stand the taste of it at all
