Probably a stupid question and/or a repeat post but

I am going to be starting supplaments again



NoXplode (20g preworkout)
Creatine (5g post workout)
DHEA (200mg daily)
Fish Oil (2g TID)

Anything I should look to take out....add...change dosing...anything at all...I am ordering everything tomorrow so I might as well get it all at once

**no glutamine or BCAA**removed from list

What about Protein powder?

The two supplements I would use is a good protein and creatine. Those IMO yield the best results, best bang for the buck.
 
i alrdy have about 20lbs of protein here

i just forgot to include it on the list i just read off the list of the still i was going to order and forgot to include that one
