If you are having these problems then you should really consider switching to a long ester. Fewer injections and less BA because they dissolve better than short esters.

I don't see how the gear would cause that problem. Keep in mind that 90% or so of the total volume is just fluid not sperm from your balls. Even if your balls are completely shut down it shouldn't have have a huge impact on the total volume. Maybe you should have it checked out.
