That is up to you AK, it definitely wouldn't hurt to toss it in there but IMO if your boys start to shrink and you want to plump them back 50mg eod of clomid until they are full size and then maintain with 25mg eod. Both work

Clen sides are usually accelerated heart beat, being jittery. Just basic stimulant type stuff. Increased sweating
