Cant say all my secrets, but my last meet cycle which was 24 weeks, I started at 500mg of test, and added 500mg every five weeks, with 100mg dbol a day the last four weeks. Ended up on a little over 2gs test and 100mg dbol.
Felt like absolute shit on more than a gram a week. The end of the cycle my b.p was about 170/100, heart rate in the high 70's, and bodyweight was from 290ish to 320. Cant say how much strength I gained because I got hurt, but I had a 1000lb squat and 700 bench in me the day I got hurt. Squat about 850, bench about 550 on my cruise dose.
Would not recommend you run something like that recreationally. I only did it because there was a lot of money on the line.
