1 Test

Which 1 Test product would you recomend and what type of gains may i see ?
Stats
224 lb
5 ft 11 in
32 % body fat
train 3 - 4 times a week
cardio 3 times a week
have lost 30 - 35 lbs so far
still weak in strength
curl barbell max 135 for 10 reps
flat bench 175 ( damn im a wus) 10 reps
have shoulder pain in left shoulder when benching ( any ideas what that might be ?)
incline bench about the same
decline bench about 190 for 10

Another question is how can i gain strength , increase my curl / bench with out injuring my shoulder further ?

Please help any input would be apreciated

I am on the t-bombs by mhp.
i wouldnt be looking to loose any weight on it though. i Have had clean diet but i have only lost 5 pounds in about 3 weeks. But my strenght has gone up alot and i have really seen muscle improvments in my shoulders and arms. Chest fat has decreased as well but being as you nee 300 mg a day they would be way to much to run a full cycle with. Look online for a research company they would most;y have some test powder you could convert and get alot more bang for your buck
 
As for the test I would say a good starter would be enanthate, 500mg's 1x a week for 8-10 weeks should be great.

The rest I cant say bro I am not a doc, you should have it checked out. Try posting these questions over in the training forum, you may get some more answers there.

i have seen it in my gym...we call them arm babies....no offense to you engine....we just have guys out there with nice guns, and no body to hang them from...funniest thging i have ever seen...

also, you have to admit, bis really have nothing to do with benching...imo...
