1 week after PCT, not feeling too dandy.

Okay so I ran my first cycle ever of 500mg of Test E for 13 weeks. I'm 24 years old (yes a little young). I also ran HCG at 500ius from week 2, waited 16 days after last injection to start PCT of Clomid/Nolva at 50/50/50/50 40/20/20/20. Anyway, my weight went from 85kg to 93kg and after pct i'm currently at 89kg. I felt absolutely fine during PCT but a few days after coming off I feel absolutely shitty and i'm struggling to keep my strength up more than when I was actually in the PCT, my weight seems to be dropping again too. Is this normal? Should I have run a more aggressive PCT? What are your guys experiences on this?
 
yeah its normal we have all been there before. I run pct longer 6-8 weeks usually just clomid. add some creatine preworkout supplements to help with energy and strength. up your calories by 500.
 
Ya just hang in there coming off suks and ya your strength will go down part of it ,just eat and keep going to gym worst thing is to not go just keep going to gym but ya its just way it is .Stay positive you,ll get through it
 
I never thought I would feel shit after PCT, i thought during PCT would be the hard part, aha... Cheers, i'll just have to man up then I guess, feel so tired now though zzzz

Yeah you just went from having superman levels of testosterone to normal human or lower. You are going to feel like someone took away your god powers. (hercules anyone?)
 
Hercules is 2 nd only to my diety..Thor...even bought a 5 pound hand maul...gonna paint it and everything..

Yes..some of us, ya ll I mean as I m a trt guy have a much harder time re adjusting. Look..if your pct is 100 percent effective in restoring pre gear level s your still 1/5 th of what you were running. ( I base this on 100 mg cypionate being my trt)

Your not clinically depressed nor did your serotonin get skewed. YOU GOT SKEWED upwards by 5 times the test coursing through your body and cerebellum. To deal you got to move. Move weights ( do not stop lifting; reduce volume not intensity). Move your ass to take a walk, go to the mall, rake leaves...do anything involving your brain that hopefully involves motor function. Do not brood over your lost super powers. Harness what you have...and live dude. This to shall pass.

Like big papa said^ once and if you recover, even at 100% you are going to feel worse this time around because you experienced sex-god levels of hormones coursing through your veins, it just won't be the same as a mortal anymore. Like he mentioned, do activities that increase the levels of endorphins in your blood, Workout, do some light cardio and have fun. Keep your mind off it. You will lose size, it's much harder for your body to sustain the muscle you gained without the same level of androgens in your blood. You just have to do your best to retain what you can. That's the trickiest part.
 
Okay, thanks very much for your advice guys, I guess that makes sense, although I didn't feel a HUGE difference in libido or alphaness like some other guys claim, but no doubt the stuff was effective in terms of gains. Well, I think i've been very stupid here, I was way too eager to jump in and didn't get bloods done before. Is there any point in me getting them done now, if so, when should I get them done?
