Hey guys, I’ve been trying to get this taken care of for a while now. I’ve been to several doctors who told me all my levels are normal. Here is my blood work from November 2017. I also included blood work from 3 days ago below. My ACTH levels, prolactin and cortisol are really high. I just want this all resolved. Please help me.

Height 6’1 ft
Weight 215lbs
Age 27
I did a 12 week cycle of Dbol, sustanon and EQ bold.

Week 1-6 Dbol 50mg/day
Week 1-12 sustanon 750mg/week and eq 750mg/week
Week 14-16 nolvadex and chlomid

Pct
Week 14: 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva ED
Week 15: 50mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva ED
Week 16: 50mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva ED

I finished my post cycle about 8 months ago and I still haven’t had my balls return to their normal size. I also cannot get as hard as I use to prior to the cycle. I looked into it prior to starting my cycle and thought I had it all covered. I need your guys help right now. Someone please tell me what to do to get me back to normal. Thanks!

I never got a blood test done before or during my cycle. I just did a blood test 2 months ago and here are my results.

LH-4 IU/L
TSH-1.35 mIU/l
FSH-2 IU/L
TESTOSTERONE-10.6 nmo1/L
PROLACTIN-16 ug/L
ESTRADIOL-78 pmo1/L
ALT-53 U/L
FREE TESTOSTERONE-217 pmo1/L
VITAMIN D-63 nmo1/L

Blood work from 2 days ago states that I have high ACTH, high prolactin, high cortisol.

Can you add reference ranges to the lab levels. It makes it easier for these guys to shoot advice. It can be tricky going between ng's and pmol's. Also remembering ranges is tricky.

No. I didn***8217;t take any at all. Not even Hcg.

wow, well thats water under the bridge now and is why you got the issues that you have now.
With time and patience you can recover with hcg treatment and a proper pct, please post ranges like main man mentioned above.

Wow, there are a few problems with your cycle. #1 no use of AI, with 750 test sust and 750 boldenone you would have the equivalent aromatizing load of over 1g of testosterone per week - 10x your normal level. Big mistake.

#2 No use of HCG, this keeps your testicles idling along instead of shutting down completely, and helps recover.

#3 You used boldenone which has a 15 day half life, and the sustanon has decanoate ester in it with 14-ish day half life. You can look at the boldenone because it is the driving force in determining how long you need to wait to PCT, plus I'll throw in the testosterone decanoate. See chart below for 750 mg boldenone 15 day half life, plus I threw in 300 mg/wk test decanoate with 14 day half life (100 decanoate / 250 sust) * 750 mg/wk = 300 mg/wk decanoate. I assumed you were injecting 2x per week, wouldn't change much if it was once per week.

Notice how after you take the last shot your blood levels start to bleed off. You started PCT way too soon and exited PCT when you were still fully suppressed by drugs still in your system. You should have waited until week #19 or 20 to start, and should have run PCT five or even six weeks. Note that had you run PCT out to week #25 you would have still be 2.7/14 = 19% suppressed, but at least you would have had a lot better chance at restart. So in a nutshell the PCT you did failed, it was as if you didn't PCT at all. Your nuts were shutdown for the 12 weeks of the cycle plus probably another three months or so afterwards due to no PCT, which explains their atrophy and poor performance.

Finally problem #4 - these doses are massive. Don't know what cycle this was for you, but 1.5g per week is way more than you need unless you've been doing this for years and don't see results any more. These super long esters need to be respected, especially at high dosages because they take forever to clear your system - and you won't recover until they clear.

Having said all that, probably the best thing to do is a Power PCT. Do a run of HCG at 1,000 IU per day for 15 or 20 days, then stop it and do a run of clomid 50/50/50/25/25/25 and nolva 40/40/40/20/20/20. That might get you restarted a bit better. Length of time to run the HCG is subjective, 20 days would take four bottles of 5,000 IU, you might want to get one or two extra and monitor size and how you feel to determine when has been long enough, could also get blood tested to see how much test your balls are putting out.

And in regard to the high ACTH, prolactin, cortisol - could be adrenals are fatigued and your body is ramping epinephrine, non-epinephrine production at the expense of dopamine. Symptoms of that would be ED and/or loss of libido. Could also be trouble sleeping, racing pulse, or general fatigue.

Can’t tell you how much I appreciate this information brother. Thank you for all the time and effort you put into it. I definitely will not be making the same mistake again. I’ll order the HCG, Chlomid and Nolva right away. I’ll start with 1000 IU per day for 20 days then begin Chlomid and Nolva for 6 weeks after that. Should I get my blood test done after the HCG or after the entire power pct? Also, what can I do about the small bumps underneath my nipples, it’s a really sharp pain when anything touches them.
