Do you mean almost 3 bucks? Cause that's what I was on my last bulking cycle...176lbs. was what I dieted down to for my show right when I turned 20 (and since have put on some size).

Anyway, you should know that bodybuilding, if that's the competition you intend to beat your man on, is not about beating another because it comes down to genetics. Your aim should be to come in as conditioned and finely tuned like a statue has been carved with all the details in place. Again, your aim in bodybuilding is to build the best body your body's genetic will let you. Push yourself to the limit by challenging your mind to endure the gut busting work outs and a very strict and disciplined eating habit.
by the way, in bodybuilding, older is actually better because of muscle maturity. young guns like you usually come in less harder than old folks like me. I bet I can make you look sorry if i stood next to you and you'd probably wish you had half my size. I didn't even mention genetics because that wouldn't be fair for you. that's gods gift.
