10 Week Cycle Advice

Hi there:

All comments welcome on this cycle

week 1;
Anavar 250 MG over 7 days
Testoviron 250 750 MG - 2 shots a week
Primo 500 MG / week - 5 shots
Anadrol 525 MG over 7 days 75 MG a day

This is my 6th cycle, it will last a total of 10 weeks

I am 5'9" / 180 Pounds

In the past I have used:

Winny
Sust
Test Cyp
Omnra
Dbol
Test 200
 
Alot of people say they dont respond to anything less than 100 mgs of drol Ed, but at 180 lbs, it might work. I dont really like drol though. If it was me i would use dbol.
 
I am actually using Dboll as we speak, the first 6 weeks I am doing dbol and testoviron 250. The 10 week kicks in right after
 
Over 2g a week at 180lbs, after 6 cycles? No flame but at the same height, I started my first cycle at that weight, and Im pretty lean. Im not braggin bro, but something just doesnt seem right to me. That cycle includes some expensive gear too. Im thinking you could do half the gear and spend the rest on food. Just my opinion, really bro I cant say for sure unless I saw pics of you.

My calorie intake although very well planned is not huge. I don't want to bulk into a monster.

In January I got very sick and went down to 152, did 1 cycle and 1 I am on now and going back to 182.

182 very lean and defined. Gains that will stay because of my care with the food and type of food I eat.

Appreciate the info. The primo this time will help with the bulk.

So you are on a 16 week cycle right now and just continuing it......right ?

You are using D-bol for the first 6 week, then using Drol for how many weeks ??....plus using Anavar at the same time too ??

Have you no respect for your body ??

In all seriousness, I think you need to concentrate way more on your diet and training, cause these cycles alone are not doing it for you.
 
STONE:

My diet is as follows:

100 grams carbpro in my coffee 1/2 hour prior to work out (6AM)

Work Out from 6:45 Am to 8:50 am (including abs 20 min / cardio 30 min - 1 muscle group a week)

1 x 45 grams protein shake with spoon full of glutamine right after my work out 9:10 AM

10:30 AM: 5 egg whites with 3 slices of turkey

1 PM lunch (I eat as much as posible)

3:30PM 50 gram pure Whey Protein shake

5:30 PM - snack varies - shake / peanuts / cold cuts

8:00 PM - Dinner: Protein (meat / fish) veggies and some carbs (potato - pasta)

right before bedtime 1 x 35 gram whey protein shake.

MY workout is one muscle group per day, abs every day and cardio everyday except when I do my legs.

what exactly am I doing wrong and try to be serious in your answer.

Could you break your diet down into how many total grams of protein, carbs, and fats per day.


Also, could you answer my question about the cycle itself ??
 
For the moment the cycle is as follows, (by the way suggested by you)

week 1 - 6
750 Mg a week
50 mg bdol a day - in two servings at 8 hours ditance.

week 1 - 10
750 MG Testoviron 250 - 2 shots
Var 50 MG / day - 30 MG 1 hour prior to work out and 20 mg 8 hours later
Primo 500 MG per week

Drol has been a new suggestion because I want something that gives more strength.

I am happy with 5'9" / 182 pounds - BMI 24.68

Now I don't have the time to break down the protein and carb intake but with your experience you should be able to have a general idea. Sorry cannot provide

Reading this line makes me not want to help anyone... In all seriousness it looks to me like you dont eat nearly enough to grow.
 
I agree with DougoeFre5h.... im not trying to be rude or anything but this is what you need to do.... Sit down with a sheet of paper and list down everything you eat every day and add up all your calories and break them down to protien,carbs,fat, etc.. you should have something around 300g of protein and should take in about 4000 calories CLEAN calories meaning no junk food and stuff and this ofcourse all depends on your exercise and how much calrories you need to maintain. There has to be something wrong if your on your 6th cycle and your not getting the gains that another person is getting off of 2 or something. Maybe you should try a cutting cycle.... lower ur BF a lil while getting you a little stronger.. I suggest you do that first and give your nuts a break for a while then start your bulking cycle. Maybe your not training hard enough or correctly or maybe ur gear is fake (doubt it though)... Im juss tryin to help you here bro if you wanna take this serious you gotta start with a pen and paper and do plenty of research

Is this 10 weeks or 16 weeks? It looks like a 16 week cycle. Please explain a little more about the total weeks.

I am taking a 6 week then will take a small break and go into the 10 week cycle.

My nuts are OK thanks to a good post cycle therapy (pct) and HCG intakes.

Stone I have already answered your question about the cycle, work on your memory.

Of the cycles I have done they have never been a pure bulking cycle, always mixed with cutting agent (in particular Winny) for the same reason I have already stated that I do not want to grow and look like I am full of air and water. They have also been mild cycles. I am not looking to gain 30 pounds in 6 weeks.

Today I will try to break down my food intake, one thing I am sure of is that with supplements I intake 1g protein for every LB.

I had my gym do a body fat test this morning and I am at 6% so that is not bad.

As far as my food intake, I feel like I eat a lot, I do however have a problem with gastrointenstinal sickness and thus have to be very vareful what I eat. Never have eaten junk food, don't drink, sugar totally eliminated as well as all soda's adn the like.

ohhh I read this real quick "BMI 24.68" thinking 24% body fat... well then your in good shape ignore the cutting cycle I mentioned

Now I know who you are. You are John Italy who was banned for source posting. It's funny cause you gave it away when you said I suggested that cycle, which maybe I did, but certainly not the way you are doing it......LOL
