10 years Trt infertile ????????

Long term trt like 10 years make me infertile 90% ? of course i will use hcg.

Studies indicate that HCG use in conjunction with TRT has retained fertility at an almost 100% success rate. Of course this depends on whether or not there is an underlying issue with your testes, not just a lack of FSH.

So if you always run HCG you will never be infertile?

I have always wondered this too

I'd have to dig through the TRT forums to find the great study IMT linked, but from what I remember, yes. This assumes that the infertility is caused by a lack of pituitary input though. I would hesitate to say indefinitely though, our follicular ability to produce sperm does come to an end eventually, and I'm not even going to pretend to know the absolute specifics of that process. :)

So.. 20 years TRT with hcg, i can have a child 99% right?

Are you fertile now or previously if you are currently Hypogonadal?

And did you read my response to your question in your other thread? Like I said there, worst comes to worst, you could come off TRT to regain fertility. But this often is not necessary.
