I'd have to dig through the TRT forums to find the great study IMT linked, but from what I remember, yes. This assumes that the infertility is caused by a lack of pituitary input though. I would hesitate to say indefinitely though, our follicular ability to produce sperm does come to an end eventually, and I'm not even going to pretend to know the absolute specifics of that process.
Are you fertile now or previously if you are currently Hypogonadal?
And did you read my response to your question in your other thread? Like I said there, worst comes to worst, you could come off TRT to regain fertility. But this often is not necessary.
