Chest, Back, Stomach, Legs, Butt - where my main problematic areas where the fat was... I was so disgusted after I took the Start pics...I look at it now and never want to get back like that.
This is what I did.
Test e 300mg 2x week mon thur - 15 weeks
winstrol 20mg 3x daily - 15 weeks
Animal pak 1x daily - 15 weeks
p90x (different routine everyday - abs twice a week) - 15 weeks
30 minutes\day of cardio for first 8 weeks
1hr\day for rest of cycle.
6 Meals/day
2100 cal/day
250g carbs
150g protien
50g fat

I ended up with sides 12 weeks in but finished. Acne on chest was sides. Didn't run adex to reduce sides. Didn't do any post cycle therapy (pct). Didn't know until now. This site has helped me so much for the next cycle. will post when I start new cycle.
