5x10 on second exercise for each muscle same % and rest

I'm coming from a lower volume strength style routine
Wanting to shock my bidy with more volume and shorter rest
I know the wieght is light but after the 6th set or so it's gets tough if you are a rest interval nazi and watch the clock
