13th wk wtf?

This is the 13th wk of my cycle. i started on March 29th
Dbol 25-50mg 1-5wks upped it in wk three
Sustanon 750mg 1-10, 500mg 11-15
Deca 600mg 1-10, 400mg 11-15

well as i said im in wk 13 and i feel like im getting smaller. i have a strict diet, and i only cheat on saturdays before 5 pm. I dont drink at all. I sleep after every workout for two hours, I eat and have a shake before i sleep. I have the perfect schedule and diet.

My partner told me today i look smaller and that my arms look skinny. i was pissed, it was chest day and i added in some Bi's to tell myself my arms didnt look small, since the tris already had some workout from chest day.

Does anyone else have problems towards the end of the cycle? i dont know if my receptors are just filled and that im not getting any more, but i am about to get my Winstrol (winny) that i ordered and if i dont feel any better im going to stop my cycle now and go clean till sept. i know i wont grow as fast in the off season but i have to gain 35 lbs by april for my competition and if i dont take some time off IT AINT GONNA HAPPEN.

i dont know why i posted this, but i just had to vent and rant about my shit.

oh yeah and my SHIT gear is IP, i think that is a reason also. i wonder if everything i got was what it said it was. Im thinking some of my Sustanon (sust) wasnt Sustanon (sust) but some other test. And some of the deca was EQ. i hate not knowing exactly. thats why im getting QV next time or some other BRAND not UG lab gear.
 
Jay C, you said it yourself, its IP. Might be legit might not, but if I had any doubts whatsoever I know that would effect me mentally and that is why I still have a lot of IP Winstrol (winny) around. If diet, training, etc......are in check you should start questioning your gear!
 
Well its common to reach a point to which if you dont up your cals your not going to continue to grow. You have hit a point to which you need to up your cals, and thats all, assumeing that your gear is legit and everything else is the same.
 
i dont understand the pyramid thing. some ppl do it but i hardly see any recommend it.

Btw, that IP stuff seems to be a scam. I have read a lot on other boards and ppl are constantly whining about infections and no results. So i think you got some bad shit. You wouldnt be the first one though.

You said your freind told you that you were looking skinny, have you lost any lbs? If so it could be some of the bloat from the dbol.
IP Sustanon (sust) isnt even Sustanon (sust) anyways, but as long as the test is properly dosed your gains wil be the same. Up your calories
 
There is a reason why I don't have any IP products in my arsenal, it's chancing it. Stay motivated bro, and better luck next time with some better quality gear.
 
Enough with all the "my gear is fake" bullshit. That's a fucking excuse. I gained 50 lbs off IP gear.

You said you have a strict diet. That's an odd mentality for someone who's bulking (I assume you're bulking since you're upset about losing weight). You may be eating too clean. Just make sure you're getting enough protein, and after that just take in CALORIES. You need massive amounts of calories to grow when on steroids.

How many calories are you currently taking in?
 
He needs to list training routine (although on that amount I don't think overtraining is possible) as well as dietary intake. Weight on the 29th of March and weight now, etc. I know ppl that still think more training is better and only eat three times a day. As I stated before though, on that amount it is impossible not to notice. Don't rely on the mirror. There is such a thing as "reverse anorexia" which occurs when you constantly look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself you are not big enough. You stated that you need to gain for competition....are you limiting calories/protein so the cutting phase won't be so rough? A lot of factors could be involved....or you got ripped off....good luck anyway with the comp, bro.
 
well i think its the calories right now. the gear is legit, i have gained 30 lbs off of it. i think that since i was starting to get some, i mean a minor amount, of fat on me i. i started to eat cleaner. i just need to lighten up and EAT. i used to have a 5000 calorie diet but lately its been struggling. mainly since summer is here and i dont want to look like a chubby ass in the pool. i have always been REAL lean, and i hate looking fat.

I dont overtrain, and i get enough rest. Another thing is that i am trying to keep all this steroid stuff out of my parents eyes, and when i eat everything i can see my mom starts sniffing around my room looking for stuff. i think my parents know since i gained so much muscle since march, but they dont want to ask or for that matter know the truth.

Well guys I'm going to up my calories and say fuck it. i only have a few more wks left and then im off.. we will see if i can gain anything. thanks for the support

and i didnt pyramid. i just lowered the dosage when i realized how much i was taking, and had some research under my belt. getting smarter everyday.
 
Personally,I don't grow after week 7,I make good gains from week 2-7 then my gains always stop no matter how much more gear or calories I take in.If you are like me,you are probably done growing until your next cycle.
 
thats what i thought road dog. maybe i was done growing.

if not. what could i eat to get more calories? like high calorie foods. please give me some advice.
 
Liquid calories. I suggest Iced Tea. 90 cals per cup, and it won't fill you up so you can drink plenty of it.

Again, I'd make sure you're meeting your protein requirements, and then after that just take in anything with calories in it.
 
i meet my protein intake. thats easy. with chicken and all the eggs i can see. and two shakes a day.
plus a tub of cottage cheese and 3 glasses of milk.

i just need a bunch of high calorie foods. i guess i could just go to McDonalds for their double cheese burgers that are a $1 a piece and eat 6 of those a day also.... I wont gain any fat, well not like an offseason amount. i have too fast of metabolism for that.

I eat Subway everyday also. the roasted chicken breast. its 23g of protein for 6" subs, plus i have black olives and cheese along with other veggies. it has a little over 320 calories without cheese so i guess its around 350-360 calories. i eat a footlong everyday.

any other High calorie meals? or foods please give some help.

and i also found out that i was kind of dehydrated.. i started drinking more water.. excess of a gallon instead of half a gallon and i feel better. and my muscles feel fuller.
 
Be carefull going overboard on your calories,I did the same thing on a few cycles,I got frustrated because I quit growing and just started stuffing my face with extra calories.The only thing I gained was fat!I am not saying don't increase your calories,just keep a close eye on your waistline,sometime your body will just get to a point where it doesn't want to build any more muscle and there is not much you can do about it.If you have already made good gains,you may have come to the end of the road for a while.
 
try some flax seed oil and lots of Sustanon (sust) into testicles, always makes me grow. The ladies love it, more to suckon.
 
Pop a little T3 and start eating Krispy Kreme and Pizza Hut, and make sure you drink at least 1 can of Coke every hour during the day.
