15lbs of baby fat needs to be GONE! Help please!

So before I got pregnant I weighed a 105-110...I was a dancer...not a real dancer a "exotic" dancer and got all my exercise doing pole aerobics. I live in a small town where people are judge mental and I can't put a pole in my house cause there isn't enough room else this extra belly butt and hips would be gone already!

So my question is, I have started at the gym and starting to eat healthier..but I don't get to make it to the gym all the time. I also do zumba at home but it's not getting rid of this crap fast enough.

What kind of diet pill supplement would you recommend?
 
jesus. we get a 'dancer' in here and still no dorks in here hitting on you Internet style. lol

listen girl, you can achieve most if not all of what you want with a solid diet. How about posting up your diet now so we can see what we can help with.

Since you were active before the baby you should bounce back ok, assuming you didn't use the pregnancy to just get huge. lol

Let me explain when I say eating healthier...I am the pickiest eater. If I liked salads and stuff like that this would all be gone by now. But I don't just thinking about eating them makes me gag. Lol

My husband hates chicken so I always try to make dinner and its usually skettie, porkchops mashed taters etc. Crap like that.

However I have cut out all the cookies and crap. I only gained 34lbs with my son and most of it was water weight and I did get back down to 115 but then my mom got sick and passed away. So now I range between 125-130. I really just want to loose the belly and ssome of my hips. I don't get to the gym every day due to work child school and husband....hence the wanting a diet pill.

i understand your frustration doll, but diet pills aren't what you need. If you eat crap, diet pills will only make you look like skinnier crap.

all those things you mentioned are high carbs or fat.

to do this right you need change your eating habits.

I could understand your frustration, pregnancy changes your body for sure.
I gained 25 lbs with my pregnancies and lost it pretty fast, but was hard to get my body back into shape.

You need to get your diet in check.
I suggest you start writing down everything you eat, you can log this in in (fitday.com) it will show you how many cal/fat/pro/carbs what your eating has, so you can see how much you are really eating. As far as the gym, if you can get to go 3-4 times a week, focus on Cardio 30 min and do some weight training.

There's really no diet pill you can take that will make those pounds just disapear, you need to change your diet & get your body to start burning off the fat.

You don't need much time, you can walk around your block, or a park, and do your cardio that way, and at the gym you really don't need more than 30 min of weight training.

you can take some suplements to help you, but remember if your diet is not in check/training are not in check they won't have any affect.

I know my diet needs to change. I have been eating oatmeal in the mornings and then a turkey sandwich for lunch on honey wheat bread...however, dinners...not so great.

The funny thing is is that I have been craving grilled chicken for weeks, I just never make it cause my husband hates it lol. I will start making two dinners...one for him and our little man then one for me. If that's what I need to do to get rid of this yuckiness!

Remember you have to eat enough, Girls tend to under eat, specially when trying to loose weight.

keep your protein high & carbs low.

For breakfast keep eating the oatmeal your eating, but add some protein (ex: eggs, you can do 1 whole egg & the rest egg whites, maybe 4)

8 Ounces of Chicken Breast contain 40 grams of protein

8 Ounces of Turkey contain 44 grams of protein

8 Ounces of Tuna Fish contain 63 grams of protein

also Salmon, for snacks you can do cottage cheese, almonds, all natural peanut butter.

There are so many choices, I could go on for ever, Remember to start loging everything you eat & count Cal/Pro/Fat/Carbs
You really won't know how much your eating until you do this.

I think mrs P has good advice on diet , for supplementing I would recomend looking into cjc1295 and ipamorelin. It works very well for fat burning with no change in diet, but a good diet is very important!! I know a few women who have used it one was very over weight and she slimmed up a lot in 2 months. Also u won't have to deal with any crashes or jitters that u get from most fat burners.
