145lb female with a few previous Var cycles lasting no longer than 4 weeks. I’ve been given the chance to be apart of a physical academy next month that lasts for 16 weeks. I want to be the strongest I can be during this. How bad would a T3/Var cycle be of 5 on 2 off for Var and constant of T3 for 16 weeks? Trying to be the least damaging to cholesterol and liver.
