17 weeks to first comp!! pre contest cycle

hey guys, here is my current cycle stats... cycle was given to me by my coach and diet will be monitored by him too

current macros: 400g carbs/400g protein/60g fat

cycle will be run in 2 stages: weeks 1-10 "lean bulk"
weeks 10-17 "pure cut"
diet and training will change accordingly for those two stages
currently training twice a day mon-fri and one session on saturday

SO HERE IT IS!!!

1-17 sustanon 650mg
1-10 tren e 450mg
1-10 npp 450mg
1-2 drol 50mg day
1-3 dbol 50mg day
12-17tren ace starting at 50mg ed and working up to 100mg ed
13-17 winny 50mg day
13-17 proviron 50mg day
12-17 t3: start at 20mcg and progress to 80mcg

Liver Support: LIv 52 and 1500mg NAC daily throughout cycle

May cycle eca stack and clen along the way if needed

AI: start letro at 0.5mg e2d and adjust accordingly
DA: Currently running 0.5mg caber e3d, may change to prami halfway
HCG: 500iu x2 week, weeks 10-16

PCT
Nolva 40/40/40/20/10
Clomid 100/50/50/50/25

this will be my 3rd cycle.. I personally consider it a lot but my coach and I will adjust it accordingly as need be.

previous cycles:

test e600mg 14 weeks plus dbol kickstart

sust 600mg 14 weeks, tren ace 6 weeks, adrol, 4 weeks

all of them went well and had no issues.. i fell inlove with tren on my second cycle

please feel free to drop your comments and feedback... will post pics shortly

Goal for this cycle is to end off at 100kg@ 4-5% bf
 
Forgot to add the followimg:

Pre workout shake: 5g glutamine, 3gram creatine ethyl ester
post workout shake: 50gram protein, 5g glutamine, 3g creatine, 30g dextrose

I will post my meals at a later stage

current daily supps not mentioned earlier

2g vit c
6g fish oils
10g vit b5 for acne
apple cider vinegar in post workout meals
 
Looks decent... One thing I'd suggest is dropping the sust 7-10 days out from the contest day in order to come in dryer, harder

Letro can be bumped up the last couple weeks leading up to the show too

China I will definitely up the letro going into the show and will drop the sust 10 days out
3j im currently following a very basic diet, oats and egg whites in the morning followed by chicken, brown rice and brocolli... will post up my full diet tomorrow.

ok two more questions for you guys... my coach (hes been competing for several years and is helping me out as a mate) thinks I should up the sust to 900mg a week as well as throw in eq at 600mg a week from week 2-16... any thoughts on that?

Currently on day 3, did bis and tris today, arms felt like they were going to explode... great pump
