18 g to draw?

18g is to big...I"ve had problems with anything bigger then 20g tearing chunks out of my rubber vial stoppers. I use 21g or 23g to draw gear and shoot with 23-27g.

so basically use 23 g to draw then change it out for another 23 g to stick. Because I know when you draw out the vial it dulls out the needle

yeah 23 or 25. i usually use the 23 that comes on my syringe to draw and then switch to a 25 1 incher to inject. I find the pain is a little less with the 25. Its all about what you prefer more. The 23's make the shots a little quicker but I think the 25s are all but painless although the shot takes a little longer.

hell i have never chande the pin. i am going to try this tonight for the first time ever tonight. i know it dulls the pin but for real. if this was a huge problem wouldn't doctors do this?
i draw with 23 and shot with the same one. 2 some times 3 or 4 diffrent vials.
it a quad shot tonight and they are sore for the most part. lets see if this is any diffrent.
more later.

ive talked to plenty of nurses who were never trained to switch the needle off the syringe after drawing from the vial. but after seeing the pictures of the needle through a microscope after each use, you can see the rapid degradation of the needle. I prefer to do as little damage to the inside of my body as possible. Besides most people getting a shot from a nurse arent getting a shot ED or EoD, I get a shot from the doc like once a year tops, for the flu or maybe a cortisone shot every once in a while, i could care less if they dont switch the needle. but when i have to pin in that same spot once a week I'd like to use a clean sharp needle so that there is less of a healing process and less scar tissue build up overtime.

I prefer 20g to draw, 18g often causes trauma to the stopper, leaving chunks in the oil. If its a 5cc/10cc bottle then you'd probably be fine with 18g, but really, 20g is fast enough drawing for me.

I draw with a 18 and pin with a 23. Never had an issue with stopper pieces floating in my vial. Just my experience....

fuckin animal lol

Ive used 18 on 50ml jugs and got bits of rubber i had to try not and suck up. 10 and 20ml bottles no trouble with that. I use a 20g now for everything works fine.

Ok here you go the the animale prick president here. i decree
lol

well last night i tapped the vials with a 23ga and then changed the pin to a brand new shinny right out of the wrapper new 23ga pin. slapped it on the pipe and pushed it into the quad.
felt great. same the other pin i would have used.
i woke up and have the same knot that i get every time.
so for me no thanks i wont waste the time or the money on changing heads
just my choice and i wont tell anyone to do so or not to.
