Phatboy....you don't have to refrigerate it BEFORE you add the bacteriostatic water. Afterwards, it must be refrigerated or it degrades quickly. Yes, you can use sterile water to make bac. water, but you would need ninety-nine (99) ml of sterile water for one (1) ml of Benzyl Alcohol. Again, DO refrigerate after adding the water to the wafer/powder.

Also, if you're going to shoot it twice a day, shoot your second injection at least 3 or 4 hours before you go to sleep. In this way, you don't interfere with the bodies natural production of GH. Hope this helps.
