18 months on trt....ready to quit

It hasn't gone bad lately for me. In fact, emotion wise, I have been doing much better. At the time, I was having bad anxiety, and I was advised by many people on this board to drop the hcG and the adex, which i did. My anxiety has been next to nil, and I haven't had a panic type episode in months. The reason why I took so much time away from the boards was because I was also advised to stay off the boards for awhile because I was obsessing too much about ways to stop the anxiety. It seems to have helped

So the anxiety went away after stopping the HCG and sticking to just 2 jabs of T a week?
How much per injection of T were you using?

I would advise for future reference not to take directions from anyone else other than Apollon. If someone tells you to leave come talk to me about it. Certainly there have been a few nuisance contributors in this forum that should have been sent on their way. I don't see you as one of them.

The anxiety has decreased, not completely disappeared though, with the cessation of the hcG and adex. My horrible acne is still the same though. My estradiol level, at 24, is the lowest it has been without the use of adex, so i dont know if we can say that it is an estradiol related problem, although baseline pre-trt estradiol levels were 9.

24 is pretty ideal. 9 is way too low. Staying around 18-30 is perfect. <--And I'm not just talking about the ages of the girls you're banging. I mean estradiol level. ;)

I'm sorry Appolon, i didn't realize their was a limit to my inbox. I deleted them all. I understand if you don't want to retype message.

Apollon, you should be able to go to your inbox and hit sent items, then just copy and paste.

Ok guys, so now maybe we can start to discuss a proper restart plan. I looked at cashout's protocol and was confused to say the least. Can someone give me a breakdown on what to do? Keep in mind that whatever is recommended will be told to my trt doc on wednesday, so it's not like I'm going rogue and doing this on my own. I told him I wanted to research some exit strategies and he told me that would be fine as long as it made sense to him as well. So, let's discuss actual plans of attack:
Week 1 - ? Drug, dose, etc
Week 2 - ? Drug, dose, etc

I am lost when it comes to this restart thing. I have never attempted it before. Thanks for all the input.

I am going to dumb it down.

1) Have your testicles atrophied? If yes, run hCG along with your Test before going to step 2. If no go to Step 2.

2) Stop test and hCG. Wait two weeks and start Clomid.

You just need to work with your doc for dosages and durations.

500 I.u 3 times a week is a good dose of HCG.
I was shut down 2.5 yrs no HCG while on TRT and this brought endogenous T back to 550 ng/dl.
Once you hit 500 ng/dl TT you have fired up the boys and you can begin SERM s.
I would stay on low dose clomid since you are having anxiety .
12.5 mg ED for a few months....
or 50 mg 3 times a week for 4 months.
Your pick.

Okay, I understand that I need to hop back on hcG, but the question is do I need to hop back on hcg AND test for some time, or can I go ahead and stop the test and do hcG by itself?
