19-20%BF To Run T3/Clen Oncycle 500mg/wk Sust 250 or Post Cycle???

I am just finishing week 2 of a 10 week Sustanon (sust) 250 cycle @ 500mg/wk (Mon/Thurs) w/ Arimidex @ .25mg/ED

My BF is about 19-20% and I am down from like 28% in January of this year.

I have both clen and T3 and was thinking about running it 2 months post cycle; but now I am understanding that T3 can be catabolic and that high test levels can help while cycling T3... I have run 2 weeks of clen at 100mcg ED and it didnt bother me - it actually helped my workouts nicely. Never ran T3 but i read its a good fat burning stack to run with clen.

So, what would be the pros and cons of starting the clen/t3 cycle at say week 4 and running it for 2-4 weeks as opposed to waiting until post cycle therapy (pct) full recovery?

I am planning on running the clen @ 40mcg x2 ED for week 1 and 40mcg x2 +20mcg x1 for week 2 and 3... I feel that: T3 @ 50mcg x1 ED for week 1 and 75mcg x1 for week 2 and 3 should do nicely in either case...

My diet is better that it ever has and I am training hard 5 days a week. Your thoughts?

I would not rely on this compounds to do the work for you bro... no bashing intended but you can do 2 things and shed that shit real quick.

1) Hook up with a dietician from the board (i use 3J and he has been a fucking wizard... 20lbs in no time POOF gone)

2) Leverage the ability of high Test on cycle to run @ a calorie deficit while still being able to build muscle...

combine the two and you can work wonders without risking fucking up your natural levels with the T3 & clen

Thanks bro... That's what i intend to do. I am already losing fat and its just starting week 3.... Diet and hardcore workouts is doing it so far. If I need a little assistance maybe 4 months post cycle... I will lost more questions about running these 2 compounds safely as i do already have them. I can let it sit though.... I have calmed a bit in my old age.
