19 years old and deciding against gear.. any advice on alternatives for my age?

Agreed. All that is shit is useless unless correcting a deficiency. The only thing Vito mentioned that is useful is creatine. Vito doesn't know too much.

Hats why I left creatine alone hahaha. It is the best OTC performance enhancing supplement out there. Well ones that aren't classified as hormones or steroids

First off the staff member who posted to you using the DPR earlier in this thread is a world renowned chemist. He worked in the supplement industry designing supplements for a long time. He's done more for the bodybuilding community in the last 10 years then anyone else. He is schooled in nutrition and chemist. TO suggest not taking his advise is like turning down the opportunity to work out with Arnold for a year. To suggest the road to success is paved with a clean diet is a bit much. You wouldn't know a clean diet if a naturally farmed hormone free ,soy free, grain free grass fed cow sat on your chest and put her teet in your mouth! A health diet needs fats.

Be carefully Medhead you have no clue who's behind the curtain. Creatine is liver toxic if it isn't consumed properly. This user name is staffed by professionals not just idiots on a forum.

I will agree with my colleague All the products on Juice Pump - Your Oral Anabolic Source are 100% safe and they work. They are not pro hormones.

My advice to him was to not blindly take a substance without researching it thoroughly. This is regardless of whoever recommends it. You're reading too much into my post and getting defensive (and maybe making threats?) for no reason whatsoever.

But I guess I should look into those "Oral Anabolics" if they indeed can assist in adding 15 pounds of lbm, are steroid free, are 100% safe. Could use some of these magic pills.

Can't edit my post since it apparently has to be approved by a mod?

But to add DPR: I didn't intend to advise him to blatantly disregard anyone's advice; just to learn and think for himself since that's the only way to make safe and informed decisions.

Clenbuterol really isn't as effective as thought to be plus it's worthless without a good diet in the first place. DAA is a waste of money and has negligible effects on eugonadal populations and even if you're hypo it doesn't have much of an effect. Multivitamins and fish oil are worthless if you get enough nutrients from your diet and using them will only help if you're already deficient in something. T3 is catabolic when not accompanied alongside something that increases protein synthesis so without AAS (which OP decided against) it shouldn't be used. And SARMs may not impact HPTA or test levels but by activating the adrenergic receptors it is still messing with the endocrine system. While not suppressive in the acute setting we don't know all that much about chronic use in a TEENAGED population

the title of the thread was alternatives to steroid use that may help in developing a better body. I provided alternatives. sorry they are not all as effective as AAS.

also the SARM I listed from my understanding does not touch androgen receptors.

gw50 is listed as a SARM, but it works differently than the androgen receptors from my understanding, but all the studies on it show it gives cancer at any dose, so I am staying away.

So accurate or not, you believe GW50 causes cancery yet you recommend it to another member? What's wrong with this picture?

But there's the rub, multivitamins, fish oil, DAA won't help body composition (unless deficient). T3 will cut fat but off AAS it will burn muscle also. That's not much of a better body. And the clen I just commented on how it's not a miracle drug and you'll still need diet in place. I'm sorry you took my post to heart and thought I was attacking you
