Just want to go over what I was prescribed for the for the first 3months of my TRT
I'm going Tue for my 3 month check up so I'm assuming she going to do BW here is the blood work from the start

age 42
hight 6.2
weight 209

estradiol. 141.0. ( she was surprised about this )

testosterone total +calculated free +shbg

Testosterone total. 268
sex hormone bnd globulin. 39
test free cal. 4.7
PSA 0.5
vit b12. 696
vit d,25 oh. 46.2

BLOOD COUNT

WBC. 5.4
RBC. 4.96
HEMOGLOBIN. 15.7
HEMATOCRIT 46.5
MCV. 93.8
MCH. 31.7
MCHC. 33.8
RDW. 12.9
Platelet count 232

TSH. 1.103
free T3. 3.3

Now what was prescribed was 200 mg of testosterone cypionate once a week 1 cc
HCG at 500 IU once a week
Anastrozole 1mg 3X a week

now my concern is that I don't want her to drop the dose because I don't feel like I'm completely dialed in my weight has not really increased or decreased for the last three months. And I feel like the love handles have not changed which from what I understood was part of the estrogen

I work out five days a week I eat very very clean minimal carbs no junk food nothing white a lot of chicken and vegetables and nothing is really changed since the start of this I don't have the brain fog that I had before I started so that's a plus.

so really my question is based on my blood work and what I'm taking what's is the opinion on that?

my testosterone shots are normally on Wednesday I missed last Wednesdays and I go to the doctor on Tuesday so I'm hoping my levels drop enough where she'll leave me at this milligram or boosted it to 250

all recommendations are excepted just want to get to know little bit more about this

thank you in advance

3mg of Adex per week!!! That is a crazy high dose! I cant believe you don't feel like total and complete shit. I am surprised you can get out of bed. Your estradiol must be in the gutter.

Adex is one of those funny drugs .... guys who have never taken it have a hard time believing how well it actually works. A little bit goes a loooooong ways.

I have been taking .5mg of Adex EOD and I feel fine and my estradiol was at 9.5 before I started my cycle. I have been taking the Adex since day one and my estrogen hasnt crashed...

Just curious if you have recent blood work that says your E has not crashed or if you are going solely on how you feel?

CBLDDT

That 141 Estradiol is in pmol/l ?
Mine is 134 pmol/l thats why i ask. My TT was 412 last month when i last did labs.
Do you have any anxiety, water retention etc?

Im going solely on feel ATM I will be getting bloodwork in 2-3 weeks though. As for the OP im not sure but that is a pretty high dose of Adex from what I have read.

E2 levels while one is Natty are irrelevant to what happens when exogenous test is introduced. Additionally, you are on a cycle while the OP is on TRT. Big difference!

No go tomorrow at 2

I had originally aimed that question at another post but it actually applied to you too .....

Kind of a golden rule with this stuff .... blood work before changes. Assuming one can afford to do it of course.

Try something, let it take its toll and then have blood work done to confirm what you have. Then, make another change, let it takes its toll and then have blood work done to confirm what you have.

This is a lifelong commitment so taking your time in the beginning and getting it right is kind of important.

No pg/ml

I was thinking to start splitting them

That estradiol is really high bro....
Get a pill cutter. I would use 0.25 mg eod in your situtation and run labs 4 weeks out.
Any anxiety, panic attacks ?
How long have you known your estradiol to be high like this?

Didn't know it was that high but I was having all the symptoms of low T so I went and saw the doc and had the blood work and she was like wow!!!

So I've been on that regimen for three months as of yesterday, had blood work done yesterday as we'll. I will have the results tomorrow.

And no anxiety or panic attacks.
