1st Clen Cycle

Hi,

I am about to start my first cycle of liquid clen i just wanted to get some advise on what times to take the clen and the dosage for a first time. My main goal is to loose a little bit of weight then try and rip up. Any info will be appreciated.

Is this your 1st cycle ever? What you got in mind for your post cycle therapy (pct)? Will you be taking test with it?

It doesn't really issue what time you take them, whether you spread them out over the day or whether you take them all at once. If you want to take it in the morning at a time of you wake up, then other are after a few hours.
 
I recommend that you visit anabolic steroid section and at least read those stickies.
There is a lot to learn, clean only cycle its a bad idea, your 1st cycle should be test.
Have not thought of that yet what do you recommend
 
You dont need test with clen nor post cycle. Your dosage, assuming you're male, should be 40mcg for about 2-3 days. See how it affects you (you're gona shake a little after about an hour). Then the next few days increase to 60, then about a week 1/2, move to 80 if you're doing well. No need to go over 120 (which is as high as you should go the second run with it, if you're doing 2wks on/2wks off).
 
And NO clen only is not bad. Several people (men and women) use it by itself between cycles even. Its a very safe drug used as a bronchodilator (opens the airway some for increased volume of air when breathing, for asthma).

clen doesn't require pct... just take 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off or pair it up with keto to clear your receptors... test... you don't really need that either although it helps men to keep your mass so you don't lose muscle... but not necessary just make sure your protein intake is increased while on it.... it's more for fat loss and energy... dose it low.... try it and see, all brands tend to be a little different...

OR you can do 2 weeks clen and 2 weeks ECA stack, it acts same as keto and clears your receptors plus gives you the old school trusty method of fat loss :)
