1st cycle - 500mg test e/week

hey, so im starting my first cycle tomorrow doing test e at 500mg per week for 10 weeks. I am going to use arimidex at 0.5mg all the way through until the first day before post cycle therapy (pct). Going to run clomid for pct and have some nolva on hand as well.

History
I am 21 years old and I have been working out for 4 years consistently. I am 6'2, 198 pounds and 14% bf.

Stats in gym
Bench press - 225x6
Deadlift - 405x3
Squat - 245x8

Goals
Gain about 10-15 pounds after PCT.

Diet
Meal 1 - 2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, 2 pieces of whole wheat toast, 2 cups of oatmeal, 1 glass of skim milk.

Meal 2 - 1 tuna wrap, 1 banana, 1 protein shake

Meal 3 - Chicken breast, 1 cup of brown rice, 1 glass of skim milk

Meal 4(30 mins prior to workout) - 2 cups of oatmeal with 1 glass of skim milk

Meal 5 - Protein shake, with chicken breast, baked potato, veggies

Meal 6 - 2 cups of cottage cheese

snacks - almonds, lots of fruit.


Cycle
week 1 - 10 : test e (500mg/week) 250mg monday and thursday

weeks 1 - 12 : .5mg arimidex eod

PCT
2 weeks after last test injection
clomid - 100/50/50/50 ed(i especially would love some suggestions about the dosages for clomid)

any comments, suggestions would be appreciated.. thanks

bro your diet needs work. take out the fruit and milk. have aproper post wo shake and strive for 6 meals with 50 grm carb 30 grm protein.Research aand come up with ddiet that will work fpr YOU
 
Let me know how it goes im on 2nd injection tommrow planning on going 12 weeks at 500 test e per week.and my body is hurting so bad:flamingma it feels great =D.

care to share why? you're obviously the one who needs to do more research. eating fruit has lots of benefits as well as drinking milk.

as long as his macros work and he's not taking in lots of refined sugar, his diet looks okay.

granted macros are not included and the portions should also be included to make sure its about right, but his food selections aren't bad.
 
i still havent gotten my post cycle therapy (pct). going to go get it on the weekend so i postponed my first injection til monday. i'll have a full log of my injection and workout on monday..
 
Looks like you are doing just fine with out the juice, bro id hold off for a few more years. just keep your diet good and make changes as you get bigger. I bet you are no where near a plateau. Probably be the best move.

i appreciate the advice man but i've been contemplating this for a while now and this is what I think will help me reach the next level..
 
i did my first injection a hour ago or so in my right quad. i got my buddy to do it for me cause i didn't wanna mess up on anything. everything went smooth. there was no pain. the spot of injection does feel a bit numb and sore but i guess that's what is to be expected.
 
for the first couple of weeks of my cycle, i am going to continue the workout routine that I was doing before, which is strength and power based. After the first couple of weeks, I am going to up the frequency and volume of my workouts to add on some muscle mass and size. The current workout routine I am doing is as follows,

Monday
Bench Press 3 x 5, or 3 x 3
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press 4 x 8
Military or Dumbbell Shoulder Press 3 x 8
Skull Crushers 3 x 10
Ab work 3 x 10

Wednesday
Squat 2-3 x 5
pullthroughs 3 x 10
Bent Row 4 x 6
Barbell or Dumbbell Curl 3 x 8
Calf Raises 3 x 15


Friday
Deadlift 2-3 x 5
Leg press 2 x 10
Chin or lat pull-down 4 x 6
Barbell or Dumbbell Curl 3 x 8
Calf Raises 3 x 15

Monday
Incline bench press 3 x 5, or 3 x 3
Dumbbell Bench Press 4 x 8
Military or Dumbbell Shoulder Press 3 x 8
Tricep pushdowns 3 x 10
Ab work 3 x 10 Monday



I am going to hit the gym in a couple of hours. I'll post back and let you know how it went...
 
alrite so today i did my chest, shoulder, tris day.
bench press - 225x5x2, 215x6

dumbell incline press - 80x8x4

military press - 100x8x3

skull crushers - 30lbs on each side of the ez bar, 10 reps, 3 sets.

overall i had a good workout. lifted the weights that i would expect to. however, in the gym i was definitely more into the workout. don't know if that was the gear or just my mind but i did feel a bit different. immediately after the workout tho, i was more sore than i have been in a while. after i stretched it out, i was alrite.

on a side note tho, the leg i injected in to began to feel really sore a couple of hours after the workout. it's not really painful, just feels really numb and i am walking with a noticeable limp. on wednesday, i'm supposed to squat, but feeling the way it is now, i am definitely not going to be able to. so i may have to change it up a bit...

Definitely going to watch - it'd be awesome to see before and after pics if you decide to log it!

no man its not a typo.. actually last year, my squat was a lot better, i got up to
280x5x3. so if i continued on progressing it should have been a lot more by now but i fractured my pelvic bone and since then i've been very hesitant to lift too heavy on squats. i even considered stop doing squats because i didn't wanna reaggravate the injury.

You should postpone your first pin till your about 25. Good luck with stunting your growth plates and screwed up levels. You'll never be the same. Start looking into trt. Learn is much as you can cuz your gonna need it. Good luck

Gotcha - I figured with your dead and bench there had to be some injury history having a squat like that (or it was just a typo). Take advantage of the cycle to build that squat up!

the pwo shake i dont like. he should b javing a whey isolate and waxy maize. if he likes fruit this is when he should have the banana. then an hour after his slow digesting carbs and protein. also milk makes most ppl bloated, but it also has good benefits. it s a matter of personal preference i guess. fruit also spikes isulin more than a sweet potato and you know what happens then.

sorry i've been absent for a couple of days.. had exams and work and didn't have much time to post on here. but for a quick update..
i've changed my routine to focus more on building mass rather than strength.. my routine now is

Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - Arms
Friday - Shoulders
Saturday - Legs
Sunday - Off

my first exercise is usually a power exercise like bench press for chest, deadlift for back, military press for shoulders etc. I shoot for 6-8 reps for that exercise. for the rest of my exercises, i'm going for 8-12 reps depending on the exercise.

i've been pretty good on my diet so far, missed a meal here and there but nothing too major.

i did my third pin this morning.. the first two just killed my legs the night of, and the day after(could barely walk). today my quad wasn't as sore, so i think my body is finally adjusting to it.. i've seen a little more size and thickness to my entire body.. nothing too major but i can see some differences. in the gym, my strength has increased a bit but still nothing too significant. haven't experienced any sides yet, except for the pain in my leg and a bit of nausea the day of the injection.
