1st cycle cutting but I'm gaining weight

First cycle 250 Test e twice a week & 200 EQ twice a week Nycomed Pharmaceuticals.I have put on 11 lbs in my first week on a calorie deficit its that normal? Should I expect some gains? I train 6 times a week with 30mins on cardio(starmaster). My diet is as folllowed...

Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday
Meal 1: 7 egg whites 1/2 cup potatos
Meal 2: 7oz ground turkey 1 cup of greens
Meal 3: 8oz ground turkey 1/2 cup brown rice
Meal 4: 2 scoops of a whey isolate(total nutritions lean active 7) 30mins after workout with one apple
Meal 5: 80z of ground turkey & 1 cup of greens
Meal 6: 6 egg whites 30mins before bed


Wednesday saturday sunday
Meal 1: 7 egg whites 1 cup potatos

Meal 3: 8oz ground turkey 1 cup greens 1/2 cup of brown rice

Meal 6: 6 egg whites 30mins before bed
Drinking one gallon of water a day no salts!!

Also taking Omega 3 twice a day (fish oil)
Potassium & b complex

30mins of stairmaster everyday with 1 hr of targeted weight training ie (chest,bi/tri,shoulders & back,legs) in that order with cardio everyday

Also I throw in a pre workout before my workout along with 2 BCAAS ammio pills at breakfast pre workout & post
 
I was dropping around 3-4lbs a week before using gear. I'm ok with the weight gain as long as its the right kind(I'm new to this)
 
Arimidex .5 mg eod for entire cycle. If that makes you feel too slugish, drop it to .25 eod. If you feel bloated from the .5 protocol, then up it to 1mg eod.

If you put your self into to much of a calorie deficet then your body goes into starvation mode and you WILL start to put on weight Period. But it also can be due to a high estrogen blood level as stated above. I would get with 3J and show him your diet and let him critique it. Or just by a meal plan for him. I have seen people at 4-5% body fat on his awesome diets. ANd at your weight i would go ahead and start at 1mg everyday with your Aromatase inhibitor (AI). Cause if you have high estro you need to drop that shit fast. Blood work is the best route right now.

Losing 3-4lbs a week on the diet (circa 7000-14000 kcals deficit per week), then you introduce 500mg test/week and your gaining 11lbs. At 10% BF there very very large losses / gains!

Not wanting to call you out - are you sure that was the diet you were sticking too, and your not cheating?

I have one cheat meal a week a burger from whataburger other than that I follow the diet exactly as written.
