1st Cycle Dbol 15mg ed gaind 27 pounds but where is it? Also legs growin on 2sets/wk

OK 2 questions fellas

First cycle D-bol 15mg a day for 3 weeks and 300mg Test-cyp a week and now on week 6.

Gained 1 pound a day for the first 3 weeks! And went from 154 ibs to 182 ibs and at 39 years old and 5ft8 looked fkin enormous with hard training and only about 750 more cals per day VERY HAPPY

However since coming off the D-Bol I havent lost any weight (Phew!) but now (2 weeks later) just looking a LOT smaller ; my first question is how did I manage to put on 27 pounds and look huge one week, then look small the next few but not lose any weight?

Ive been training each body part once a week maybe eight sets for shoulders, eight for Chest etc but my LEGS which were a bit too big (in proportion) to everything else I only trained 2 sets 1- leg extension and 1 leg press and calves one set also. These muscles have ballooned in size with fuck all training lets face it! OK I was lifting well over double the usual weight due to the increased strength, but I only wanted/expected to conditon them.

So my second question is has any one else managed to get awesome gains with a two set per bodypart, once a week cycle? It just seems to go against all Ive read?

Ive been training for twenty odd years but have watched my size and strength decrease a tiny bit every year hence the cycle . Am starting to think I had been overdoing things for a long time as ive been plateued for years

OK so my chest hair miraculously fell out this week Ahem!

OK OK I shaved it as I thought the muscle must be hiding under there, it wasnt

Maybe I shaved the muscle off too?

Maybe the muscle was in the chest hair?

I've upped the Test to 400mg per week and started getting back on track. Just thought since I was growing so well on low dose Dbol I wouldn't need as much test as soem say on here

Have cut sets to a maximum allout BIG set of just 3/4 per body part - Dorian Yates style and am really growing again

look like a classic bloat up and lose it all after cycle. you have so much water retention/possible fat it looks unreal.

lat spread looks a little bigger tho.

Thanks for your input fellas. I will definitely cut bodyfat WELL ahead of next cycle rather than risk losing muscle dieting after or wasting valuable gear cutting when I should be bulking again - guess that's what first cycles are for...learning

I've lost a fair bit of the water and upped the testcyp to 400mg every 6 days and though strength up, weight stuck at 180Ibs (on 5ft8 frame) but dropping cals as don't fit into any of my jeans too good, (or my work shirts!)

Very happy for first cycle. Was going to run it for 12 weeks at 400 every 6 days - is this too long?

Also can't get my chest to grow, running about 14 hard sets a week on it but still looks fat - maybe it just is?

Thanks Matt I'd never heard of 3J's Nutrition Network before but looking at forums it seems to come highly recommended.

You are right though a piece of jigsaw definitely missing. I eat until I feel sick sometimes, protein, protein, protein...and I either seem to get fatter or nothing.

well it does sound like you mads some great gains and you will lose some after you finish. by any chance did you take Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) after you cycle to get your natt back up. yu can keep some of that by doing some Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG). if you have any other questions please feel free to ask. if i do not know the answer i will get it. and if there is anything elase you need i can help there as well.
 
Ya bro... have blood work to verify if gear is legit? You should be making strength/mass gains by now.

Your dosages are wrong. you need to bump the test to 500-600mg and Dbol to 50-80mg's. You got Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand? PCT?

Matt, the DBol was definitely good gear hence 1 Ib a day gains EVERY day (OK some of it water) You were right though 300mg of testcyp per week was far too low (for me). I thought not being very tall/heavy I wouldn't need as much as a 200Ib BB. Also made good progress on tiny doses of Dbol.

Could be the testcyp was bad? I have Acne, erect nips, a scary libido and have made fair strength gains so just think again the dose was far too low. Probably why my sides were minimal too

Another 3 weeks left of cycle, you think I should up the dose to 600mg or just cut cycle short and save my test?

Well dbol is a lot of water. So you look smaller cuz by.by water. No offense bro but you needed a good diet not steroids.

Didn't take or get Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) yet but I've been hearing good things about it. Friend at gym reckons it would be overkill for such a low dose cycle though.

Thanks for help by the way will be in touch, one question ...I know less is sometimes more workout wise when training natural but on a cycle is it also to some extent also the case. Only my legs are growing at a much faster rate than everything else and I only train them a little bit?

is it just legs though? Ive seen some natural BB with shit torsos but great legs?
