1st cycle help

I was currently turned on to trying steroids for the first time from a buddy at the gym to help with gains. He got me Test cyp TC250 and Masterone Prop and 50mg tab Clomids.
How should I use this in the first cycle and/or what should I add or take away. Any advice would be helpful as I am new to this and so is he so I wanted feedback from people that know.
 
You should drop a little bodyfat first to be truly happy with your results. Also make sure your Test and clomid is legit.

Forget about Masteron on your first cycle. Stick to Test only, maybe add an oral. With a proper diet (Spongy/3J) you will gain muscle and lose fat.

Week 1-12 Test 500mg every week (250mg monday am and thursday pm)
Week 1-4 Dbol (I prefer anavar for 8 weeks)
Week 1-12 Arimidex .25mg Monday and .25 Thursday when symptoms come on (Then go up from there)

You can also take clomid or HCG to keep your nuts going. Then follow a propr post cycle therapy (pct). You need to research that for yourself bud. If I can help you further just let me know bud.
 
Its always best to stick to test alone for your first cycle to see how your body reacts to the sides. Also, your going to need to buy some post cycle therapy (pct) gear before you begin.
I would advise you get your bf down to the 10-12% before beginning, 19 is way too high to begin a bulk.
Give us an idea of your diet and current training routine for more help bro, be as detailed as possible to get quality responses.
 
I know it is drilled down your throat her but make sure that diet is in check or you wind up wasting your money. Also what is your goal with this cycle? Muscle mass or leaning down while retaining muscle?

I usually like to bulk on cycle so I make sure I come in a bit leaner before I begin. I know I am going to put on some fat when clean bulking so I don't want to start out at an already high level. If you keep this stuff in mind and keep consistent training, sleep and eat you will be blown away by the results.

If you don't you will look like some people who are on this board unfortunately that are on some serious gear and barely look like they lift. Sorry guys but there are a few.
 
Thanks for advice so far. Suggestions on how long to run cycle, doses and what to use for PCT?? I am going to wait unitl my body fat is down to start. Diet is at 2,250 calories a day. Protein shake in am, chicken,tuna,salmon,tilapia,eggs,veggies,fruit,sweet potatoes and rice for snacks and meals and casein protein at night.
Training is chest and tri monday 4 sets of 10 reps each body part
Back and Bi tuesday 4 sets of 10 reps each body part
Traps and shoulders wedenesday 4 sets of 10 reps on shoulders and 2 sets of 10 reps on traps
Legs on thursday 5 sets of 10 reps
abs on friday 4 sets of 10 reps
Goal is leaning down while retaining muscle which is why the guy suggested to put Masterone with it.
 
u will be pleased with gains from a test e cycle with your body fat...u don't need masteron for your first cycle...but if you take it anyway know that it is toxic on your liver

not everyone wants is going to have abs after their first cycle....not saying losing weight is a bad idea but if u chose to go ahead with the cycle u won't be down in the dumps like some of these guys act

Your diet looks good for fat loss, clean and low calories. For your training I wouldn't dedicate a day to abs, mix it in with another day, and I would lower the reps and increase the weight for better gains.
As rowdybrad said, you'll need to run the test at 500mg per week for up to 12 weeks. Dbol for the first 4 weeks at 20mg/day is also a good idea, forget the masteron completely. Your also going to need liquidex for the whole cycle, I prefer 1mg/day for the first 4 weeks, followed by 0.5mgs/day for the other 8.
Your post cycle therapy (pct) will last for 4 weeks, beginning a week after your last dose, with 0.25mgs/day of liquidex for the first 2 weeks, and then 0.25mg every other day for the last 2 weeks, clomid starting with a high dose and working your way down (200mg/day 1st week, 100mg/day 2nd week, 50mg/day 3rd week, 25mg/day 4th week. This will cover most bases but I also prefer IGF-1 for the first 3 weeks of post cycle therapy (pct) (60mg/day for the 1st week, then 40mcg for the final 2 weeks), however you will need to research this yourself.

A cycle like this should get you good quality results, with a nice recovery at the end.
 
Im not sure why he gave you the masteron but if this is your first cycle you should just use the test alone.
 
Thanks for all the info and ive done alot of research so my new thread posts shows the revised plan. Critique if u want i am open to all suggestions and help to learn.
