1st Cycle...Liquid Oral Anadrol and Liquid Oral Winstrol

im a small guy thats been lifting hard for about a year....and i believe that i have reached my limit

i want to try and get on something that is going to help me out more than cellmass and no explode......

i was thinking of a 12 week cycle of liquid oral anadrol and liquid oral winstrol.....i know that the effects arent as good as the depot but i can not inject myself due to my job......

just wanting some feedback from people with more experience than myself....thanks alot
 
What are your stats....??


Age, weight, height, ~bf%.......answer those and we'll be in a better position to help you.
 
As SC has said we need your stats.

Lifting for a year and reached your limit? don't think so!! all you prbably need to do is adjust your diet and training.

Also you do not want to be doing anadrol for a first cycle and what sort of job have you got that stops you injecting yourself???
 
i am 5' 10'' and 160lbs, 20 years old...

i am naturally thin and have played soccer for 12 years...

i said ive been lifting HARD for a year.....but have been lifting all together for about 4 1/2 years....and i just feel like im plateaud....i cant get any stronger in anything i work and i have tried protein i have adjusted my diet and i have tried different lifting habits.....

i am in the army but i am in a spec ops division and we must have our bodies inspected once a month.....not to make sure we dont shoot but to make sure that we have no infections, diseases or anything of the sorts because of the places we go

anyway its hard to see if someone's been doing injections.. it never left any visible spot to me

looking at ur stat i dont think you have gained enough naturally

about your cycle, 12 weeks of oral is way too much especially if you run anadrol and winstrol on top of it.. you're in for liver problems and yellow skin. And im not speaking of the other sides, do you even have anything to control estrogens? its not simple with anadrol..

I still think you should train naturally. Do you take supplements? Protein, creatine, etc? These are great for getting over platues. You are not ready to take steroids. Physically or mentally. I am aying that based on your stats and your proposed 12 week cycle.

I wouldn't juice up not knowing how to gain naturally, the gains wouldn't be great. health risk vs benefits, it's just not a good move. post your diet and training regime, something sounds off.
 
alright well i take n.o. explode, cellmass, and true mass after workouts.....my schedule is chest/arms Monday, legs/abs Tues, Shoulders/Back Wed, Tris/Traps/Lats Thurs, Run/Abs Fri, Sat, Sun.....

my diet varies depending on where we are stationed...but i do try to stay withing my diet that has been givin to me by my nutritionist....

if you all think that my cycle is a bad idea could you please give me some ideas......im just tired of getting nowhere in my workouts.....im getting more endurance but i just cant go up in weight....

Get rid of all those other sups, just get protein, creatine monohydrate, mutivits and fish oils

Training looks like it can be inproved to me, cut back to 3 days a week, Mon Chest/Bi's Wed Legs/tri's Frid Back/shoulders do abs on each of the days as well. Concentrate on compound movements (eg. Dead lift, squats, Bench press, chins) and don't use the machines. High weight and low reps. No need to spend more than 50mins in the gym, get it done and get out.

Diet, I've no idea what your diet is, but you need to be in excess of carbs, you want 1000 calories a day in excess. What has you nutritionist given you? I doubt it's in excess of carbs.

You are not ready for steroids. You don't even have the basics of bodybuilding down. That is the reason you are not making gains. Steroids won't do anything for you.
