1st cycle Q's

I got married 7 1/2 months ago and my wife feeds me constantly. It' s not healthy food most the time but If i refuse than i am on the couch. I have discussed going on a diet because i have gain like 40lbs. When i start, she will begin to let me do the cooking /shopping. Now I would like to take a cycle to help me loose the weight a littlefaster and gain some size. I'm 6 "4 and 295lbs. I am out of shape i started to jog about a mile every day and have cut down on her cooking. I expect that i will be the one to cook everything in the next week or so, when i tell her that I am going on a full blown diet. I'm looking for a cycle that will be easy to hide from her, and wont break me out to bad. can anyone give me a nudge in the right direction? I have a source for gear already and bought some clenbuterol (Novegam) (20mcg) but it didnt come with any instructions of how much or when to take it.

Welcome to the board !!

My best advice would be to get your diet in order first, then start a complete excercise program, including cardio and weight lifting. Continue on with that program for at least a year before even considering using steroids. You have to remember that steroids are not some magic potion that will suddenly transform your body, diet, training, and rest are far more important aspects.

It could but do it with any chemical help get as much as you can off. Down to the 10-12% b/f range, then use something.

you could try some legal fat loss supps. Clen is fairly strong and I would definitely work my way up to clen. Try some basic thermogenics and/or fat loss stack you can find at a nutrition store. That along with a decent diet and proper cardio and lots of water will do you a worl of good.

BTW, this is an awesome board, I am new too and I absolutely love the amount of knowledge some of these people possess.
