1st cycle questions

hey guys im kinda new to this site, been stalkin a bunch of threads and gatherin info, searching instead of just askin questions, but now i want to make sure i got everything right, want to start this cycle around may 1st

week 1-12 Test-E 500mg EW (Mon/Thurs)
week 1-4/5 Dbol - 30-40mg ED

i got armidex and aromasin on hand for gyno not gunna take both, but have either one to choose from

also got nolva and clomid for post cycle therapy (pct) thinking nolva

week 14-17 50/20/20/20

my diet right now isnt bad but its not great due to lack of food where im at (will be back to normal in a week or 2) so i wanna spend march-april gettin my diet back to normal

been working out for about 8 years on and off been working out regularly for the last 3 1/2 years trying to bulk up more

stats
height- 5-10
weight- 175
bench- 255
squat- 325
dead- 350

lookin for any advice you guys can give such as good workout routines, like to work out 4-5 times a week

also i will not be able to post pics and stuff due to job and tattoos etc.. maybe later toward the end but not now
 
drop the dbol....first cycles are test only. run the nolva with the clomid...nolva 40/40/20/20 clomid 50/50/50/50

they have a workout forum here I believe that you can get some great workouts from

thanks, i have read alot of people saying drop the dbol, and alot of people take it, i was gunna try at probably 30mg for the 1-4 weeks but i appreciate the advice, any specific reason for it other thanthe sides and not knowing which substance is causing them?

also ive read alot of the workouts, but just tryin to see what people on the same type of 1st cycle used for a workout and how it worked for them and all that

Scenario- Imagine being 3 weeks into this cycle and you start to experience some nasty sides. Which compound are you going to blame the sides on? The reason you do test only on your first go-round is because you only want to have one compound in your body so you know what is causing the problem if something comes up. If you are prone to gyno you will know it, and you will know its from the test. You are going to see good enough gains from your first cycle on test. Hold on to the Dbol for your next cycle.

well its not only about the sides...its also about the effects...you want to know what the test feels like alone...and dbol is alot of water weight and its hard on your tendons and ligaments because it puts strength on faster than they can catch up....

How are you planning on running it. What is your weekly schedule. Weeks shouldn't be a problem in fact it could even be preferred if you are planning on tapering down your test.
 
No don't taper down your test. That's dumb. 14 weeks is perfectly fine. And I'm glad u r saving the dbol for a future cycle. Good luck man.

what you mean whats my weekly schedule, i originaly planned 500mg EW (250mg Mon/Thurs) and Dbol 30 ED but im probably gunna save the Dbol and just run the test at 500mg week at 500 i havent seen any one say to taper down
 
also if i do 14 week test 500mg 2 weeks off then 4 week post cycle therapy (pct), i should wait 5 months to do another cycle?

the general consensus seems to be time off should be equal to or greater than your time on + recovery time.

android bother tapering it, because of the half life and the way your body cleaves the ester to release the hormone into your system stopping suddenly in effect already tapers it.
 
thanks for the help ill be starting it about may 1st after i get settled back home and back on a clean diet, so probably about may 1st ill be making a cycle thread hopefully everything goes good
 
Everything looks good and lots of good advice given. Usually time on = time off that's including post cycle therapy (pct) but the best way to decide is blood work. You should get blood work before you start the cycle to have a baseline of all your levels. That way when you finish the cycle you can have blood work again and you will know where you need to get back to.
