Whats up all? Ive been reading forums and checking out 'ology for a few years now. I finally decided to enter the real world and getting going on my first cycle. Here is the who, what, where, when, why and how. Feedback is appreciated. I am currently in the middle of week 4.
I know they I should of done Test only on my first cycle but I wanted a little boost...so far so good!!!
Week
1-10 5oomg TEST E (Androne 250)
1-10 12.5 mg Liquid STANE (RUI)
1 40mg TBOL (BP)
2-3 50mg TBOL (BP)
4 60mg TBOL (BP)
5 70mg TBOL (BP)
PCT
12-15 100/50/50 Clomid ED (BP)
12-15 50/40/40 Nolva ED (BP)
I have RUI Letro on hand in case of any issues with GYNO.
My current stats are:
Age: 34
Weight: 215
Ht: 5'11''
BF: 15-18% Not really sure. Ill have to do a test- might be lower.
I am already on my third month of 5/3/1 and plan on continuing for the next 6 months. Current Maxes
Bench- 300
Squat- 405x2
Dead- 425
Standing Military- 205 (I havent attempted a max)
I was a high school Texas high school Football/Track/ Power-lifting athlete and 5 years in an Airborne unit in the Army. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks fellas!!
