Obviously there is no perfect way :dumbass: but you can LESSEN the chances of it, learn to read son. I NEVER had the PROPER ADVICE when I did it, if I had I would of had a better chance of doing it right and coming out on top. My advice to you is ditch the sleep idea and just string up, enough said.

You are not an endocrinologist and you do not even have his blood work results!!!!! Without those how would you even begin to give this kid the best possible advice? OP seriously bro....your making a big fuckin mistake here. Im not going to sugar coat this for you. You will fuck your system up. Do some more research and quit being an instant gratification uneducated kid. You obviously have no clue what your doing. Have you even got blood work done? No I didnt think so. You have only been working out for a year...that is not enough time to start aas...your body is not developed enough including your tendons and ligaments. Injury is bound to occur. The best advice that anyone could possibly give you is for you to wait and spend the next 3-4 years researching till head hurts. I bet you dont even know what esters or ester weights are. Steroids are not a magic get huge compound...they are a hard and dedicated work compound and if you have only worked out for a year and your ready to get on aas that shows me you dont have patience or hard work down yet. Body biulding is a slow process...get your diet down and your training (which by the way takes YEARS). THIS IS SERIOUS!
 
hey man you are way too young ..maybe wait till your 25 at least??? your hormones are at the highest they are ever going to be, in the mean time you can maximize muscle with some help from (need2slin, for enhance natty insulin levels) (gear, for a protien octane booster) and (bridge, for maximizing metobolism and natty test levels....if you have any questions P.M. me

Not like Im stacking with orals after orals and shit. One cycle of 400mg Test E for twelve weeks and see how it goes. If your not going to help fuck off.

Any idea how much Ill gain on average with this cycle with a proper diet/training?

Also going to ditch milk thistle seeing as though im only injecting. My supplements are:
- BSN True-Mass
- Optimum Gold Standard Whey Protein
- Animal Pak M/V
- Fish Oil

Anything else that may prevent any sides etc?
 
I went from no muscle to finally having a build and now it seems growth has slowed right down.
Not really much rush but I have always wanted to get 'big' and to be honest cbf waiting years to achieve my goals when I have access to this.

everyone goes through puberty at different times, some males dont even stop growing till around 22 years. u were seeking advice and people are giving you good advice wait, develop more then see were you are at and then decide.
 
Get your self some arimidex to have on hand, incase you start to get signs of gyno or just to keep bloat down. If sides occur you can take .5mg every second day. With 400mg of test a week I wouldn't worry too much though. Your diet is going to dictate what your gains will be like, on average I would say at least 20lbs, but in all reality there is no fixed number, it will vary from person to person based on diet and training

Oh and ditch the weight gainer, stuff is shit. If you have to have some kind of gaining shake make your own with milk eggs oatmeal etc. Get yourself a coffee grinder it's good for making powder out of sunflower seeds nuts and other shit like that you can throw into your shakes for extra cals, and they will be a lot cleaner than the shit you'll find in store bought garbage
