after a long break, and what seemed like forever to find a reliable source, its time to get at it again. diet is in check, been training hard, and body is at the pefect spot to just expload. gonna start off right and just do 550mg of test e a week for 12 weeks. followed by nolva and clomi for post cycle therapy (pct). ill post weekly unless something comes up.

i am 3 weeks in started my 4th week today. everything is going great. lifts r up placebo has been great. lol. just started to feel it like the middle of last week. havent really weighed myself not too worried about it yet. gonna start to do cardio in the mornings before work. not looking forward to getting up at 4 a.m. but i think that will b my best chance at doing cardio regularly.
 
Just left gym. Weighed in at 204 today. Strength is through the roof right now. Hit 455 on my deadlift pretty easy. Gonna go for 475 next week and 500 in 2. I started runnin some Anavar (var) this week gonna run it til the end, so 8 weeks total.
I'm gonna post pics tomorrow cuz I forgot today and I don't wanna take pics all pumped up. Kinda cheating. Lol
The only problem I have run into thus far is certain days my appetite is horrible. I usually force the food in but today I started to puke so I just stopped. Other than that I'm cruising.
One last thing gonna get some blood work done on Friday so we will see what is really going on. I pin on sun and wed so Friday should b good.
 
Got 500 even today on deadlift. Workout was going good for about half and then my energy level went through the floor. Never had this happen on cycle before. I'm pretty sure it came from ow hard I was doing deadlifts AND I got my blood work done today so didn't get to eat no where near what i usually do so I prob just ran out of fuel.
I will post results of the blood work when I get them.
 
All right. So I am half way through. I think adding the var has been a great addition. My body fat is down 1 1/2 %. Waist is down 1 1/2 inches. Arms up 1/2 inch. Thigh up 2 inches and hips r up 2 inches.
Got my bloodwork done but I am having a problem uploading it. Keeps telling me file is too big. But my test was >1500 and my estro was also really high 168. But this was expected because I intentionally didn't take a Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to do a experiment. So,I already have aromasin on hand and have started that.
So all in all it is going great just getting into the fun part of the cycle!
Even though I have no body following my progress, lol, I think next time I will do a more in depth log. I have a lot of info i wright down here at home but I do most of my entries on the ology from my iPad so typing really sux.
 
Haven't been posting on my cycle in two weeks. Kinda bummed cuz I am having problems uploading pics again. My weight has leveled off at 205. Ny waist is deffinatley tightening up. I think if I upped my food intake I would continue to grow but I am actually really happy with the way my body is developing. I am going to try to post pics again later tonight but it's been a hastle.
 
these pics r from weeks 7. so they r two weeks old. looking about the same right now. strength is rediculous right now. really have to limit myself because i feel too strong. i know my ligiments cannot keep up with the strength gains right now so i have leveled off increasing my maxes. its a wonderful problem to have.
 
Alright coming down the home stretch. Wednesday will b my final pin. I again am at the same weight. I def needed to increase calories to keep gaining weight . But I am ver pleased with where I am at. I'm up 11 pounds and down 3% bf.

I hit 515 on deadlift today, last day before comp on the 2nd. Deciding to do this comp is also another reason for the weight plateau. I have had to train differently and also want to stay in the same weight class.

I will post pics on sat. Prob do a little pumping up before these pics which I haven't done to this point. Lol

It's funny cuz I'm not really sure anyone is following. Haha. Could just b jotting down these updates to talk to my subconscious .
 
You've got my symphaty LOL!!! Seriously tho. Great job. Keep us updated cant wait to see the final results.
