I'm trying to educate myself so I can do my first cycle next month. I've been researching this for a while now... over a year. I've read many conflicting message boards and I'm becoming frustrated. Some said deca was mild, others said deca was too strong. Several people suggested stacking with win, and others said it was too strong for a newbie. I've seen people say women don't need to take anything when coming off deca since it's not test, and others say they should. Now, I see lots of women on here raving about var. I've really tried to educate myself as best I can, but I'm feeling pretty overwhelmed at this point.
I asked some trainers (pro BB) on the DL about what they might recommend, and they agreed deca was mild and a good start for me. After doing my research and talking with a few ppl, I ordered deca. I haven't started taking it yet because I can't stop reading all the messages boards on diff sites. Most are posts by men, so I hope I can get some better 1st hand info here.
So, ladies, what do I believe? Can I do deca alone since I'm female and I don't want to take test? Can I stack deca and var? I've already ordered the deca, so I'd like to use it and maybe stack it with something else IF that's even necessary. I really wanted to do an easy/mild first cycle to see what I can get out of it. If I can't get clear guidance, I'm not interested in taking it.
I just dropped 50 lbs last year, and I have a bit more to lose. My diet is 100% clean, so that hasn't been an issue in 8 mos or more. Very determined. Serious about physique comp this year or next.

Diet: 1750 cals, 46g fat, 145g carbs, 190g protein
Training: 3-4 yrs
