2 m1t questions

Just got curious about m1t results!
I think i gonna give a try to M1T@10-20mg and 4-ad@400-500mg for 4 weeks! Nolva for pct!

Just a few questions:

-On non-training days should i lower the m1t to 5mg?

-what's the half life of m1t? Starting nolva the next day after the last m1t pill should be ok?

Keep the dose at 10mg per day even on your off days.

Nobody knows the exact half life yet, but it's not long, and yes you should hit the nolva the next day.
