A lot of water weight and fat loss can occur in 6 weeks. I definitely think it is possible. However of course, it is all dependent on your diet and training, etc.
I've seen people lose it faster. It depends on how far you can push yourself with diet/exercise and if you are willing to use AAs or not. If you don't care about losing lean mass (I'm assuming you do care) then you don't have to worry about the Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) part.
Not to be a parot but it is definitely an attainable goal, in 6 weeks you can make a lot of changes to your physique unless you are utterly obese. Good luck and keep us posted
I went from size 36 to 32 in approximately 6 weeks
No carbs after 6pm, cardio 3 times a week x 30-40 min., abs training 3 times a week
Absolutely doable, didn’t even lost a lot of mass, less than 10 lb.
You can do that too.
