2 on 1 off split!??

omg i just wrote this all out and fucking erased it by accident FUCK!


ok im finding by the end of the week doing a 5 day split im spent and muscle groups arnt getting the hit they should be specially since im running my first cycle so it was suggested to me a 2 on 1 off split would be ideal for me then so what im asking is has anyone done a split like so if so what was it and did u like it any examples would be appreciated and thank you for your time!!!
 
two on 1 off is a good split.ive been doing it or was before my knee injury i was doing
mon. chest ,abs ,
tues legs,forearms
wed.off
thurs shoulders traps ,abs
fri bis , tris ,calves
sat.off
sun.back

Something i was toying with about 3 weeks in i hurt my knee at work. i feel everyone has something that works for them you just have to experiment until you find what works for you

This routine will get you big and strong if protein is in order.

NIce and simple and you dont have to think at all.

Add weight to the bar each week ---take time off when needed and change the lifts when needed. Very similar to a DC split but w\ hitting the prosterior chain 2x\per week.

Take a look at pullinbigs journal its his routine that i posted and shit it fuckin works!
