200mcg CLEN question

I purchased a 50ml bottle of clen off of a friend of mine. The problem im having is this stuff taste like water and at 140mcg i feel no shaking, no energy, no sweating, NOTHING. It feels like maybe it has a chalky taste and slightly dries my tong out but other than that nothing. Photo attached

All the clen i've ever tried has a very unique kind of close to minty taste...sounds like it might be bunk if your running it @ 140mcg's and nothing.
