For the past year I've developed strange symptoms which I don't know if they are related to the hormonal issues that I've posted.
Worst symptom by far is the mental fog. It feels like my mind is thinking through a cloud, which makes it difficult to remember basic things, focus, concentrate, and functioning in general. My mind has become very dull in comparison how it used to be even several years ago. I am lethargic and have no motivation to do anything and can lay around doing nothing and not see anyone.

Admittedly my diet is not the best, as I sometime do eat junk food but I do exercise frequently doing daily power walks. My sleep is very unrefreshing, I feel like even when I sleep for a long period of time that I'm not actually mentally or physically restored.

I would like your guys' opinion to see if it's my T that is causing these problems?

What time of the day was your blood work drawn?

Any sleep apnea issues? What is your diet like? Do you exercise?

Have you checked your thyroid (TSH)?

Test done at 1PM
Haven't done sleep study but probably will once I get the chance. I eat mostly red meat/potatoes/bread, some vegetables mixed in, 2500 calories/day-ish,
Haven't done thyroid. I'm guessing I'll probably need to do a lot more labwork than I have posted up right now.

Your blood work was done way too late in the day. You should disregard the Hormone results. TT, etc can change a lot during the day. You need to get blood work done first thing in the morning (e.g. 8:00am).

You don't have to guess or get our opinions. Here is a chart by age.

I don't know why the image isn't coming through. Click on the FAQs link below in my song and you will see a chart in there that shows TT levels by age.
