22yrs old Blood work.Need help!

Hey, people, I came back from another endo, and she was much more into my problem then previsous one who was a jerk telling that everything is fine. She agreed with me that E2 is high and that FSH is low and she said that it could be that I`m geneticaly predisposed for higher aromatisation, especially when I described her that when I gained fat before at 17-18 I gained most in my lower body. She also find very small gyno(it`s not visible at all) on my right nipple, and she told me to repeat hormones once again(FSH, LH, total T, free T, E2, DHEA-S,DHT,SHBG), and then she will see if I need some kind of Aromatase inhibitor (AI). Tomorrow I `m going to urologist to see what he will say.

Great news! Thanks for the update

Hey, guys new updates here.Well, not very good news but here it is, I have done another bloodwork yesterday and here are pretty confusing results:(this was my first time doing adrenal hormones)

Prolactin 244.8 uIU/ml (45 - 375)
Dhea-S 15.19 umol/l (3.7 - 12.10 ) HIGH
Estradiol 143.3 pmol/L (42.6 - 151.2) ,dont know how much in pg/ml
Progesteron 1.5 nmol/l (0.318 - 0.636) HIGH
Testosterone 31.91nmol/l (8.40 - 28.70) high
LH 4.9 IU/l (1.4 -9.3)
FSH 1.7 IU/l (1.4 - 18.1)
SHBG 76.60 nmol/l (13.5 - 71.40), very HIGH

I wanted to do DHT and Free T but lab doesn`t work them. I was to my endo and she didnt even look at my Progesterone and DHEA-s levels ,she said that she doesnt know role of progesterone in males(only in females),FSH is now low normal, Estradiol is high ''normal'', tesosterone is high and SHBG is very high. She said that SHBG is high because of high E2, and that my E2 is high because of that I`m genetically prone to higher aromatisation, but I don`t know is that an issue after I saw DHEA-s and Progesterone levels. Are they correlated with Test and E2 and what can cause high DHEA-s and Prog. I have never used steroids, only suplements(ZMA,whey, glutamin, L arginine, multi).I also read that stress has direct impact on ACTH, which stimulates DHEA-s,Prog,Cortisol (I`m really stressed). Could it be some kind of infection on kidney or liver,or just stress, I also had high leukocytes but I don`t think I have any kind of infection.I dont think this is pituitary issue cause prolactin,LH,FSH are good, maybe I shoud do ACTH.I also read somewhere that varicocelle can increase progesterone levels but I don`t know how is that even possible. To me it looks like all my hormones are on higher end of scale or above, probably only free T is low and FSH. What should I do next, thanks for help.

Estradiol 69.7 pg/ml (0 - 56)

Estradiol 143.3 pmol/L (42.6 - 151.2)

Hello,

There is a guy on youtube that has a channel named "lowTguy" (low testosterone guy) and he has been put on Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) to increase his testosterone. The problem with him was that his Estradiol increased very high (similar to you). He is also of similar age to you with similar height. He found a solution. His endocrinologist put him on a drug called Arimidex. It dramatically helped him by reducing his estradiol down low to healthy normal male levels. When he did this, his libido and sexuality came back strong! I think this will help you.

You must watch this video, this is exactly your case! youtu.be/EoZZLW-c7vc

Anastrozole (Arimidex) has been tested for reducing estrogens, including estradiol, in men. Excess estradiol in men can cause benign prostatic hyperplasia, gynecomastia, and symptoms of hypogonadism. It can also contribute to increased risk of stroke, heart attack, chronic inflammation, prostate enlargement and prostate cancer. Some athletes and body builders will also use anastrozole as a part of their steroid cycle to reduce and prevent symptoms of excess estrogens; gynecomastia and water retention. Study data suggests dosages of 0.5 mg to 1 mg a day reduce serum estradiol approx. 50% in men, which differs in postmenopausal women.

Make 100% sure your multivitamin does not contain "Saw Palmetto". Saw Palmetto is extremely detrimental for most men under the age of 40. It plays with hormones and seriously damages libido in young men.
