I didn't. My endo was not interested in that number, as he saw that my total was low, and with a low total, it doesn't matter what is going on with shbg or free t, the total is still low and should be raised. Under my current knowledge, shbg is just bound testosterone, and total t measurements include it. So if my total t is 50% of what it should be, it doesn't matter how much is unbound or bound, I would theoretically still feel like shit.
Edit: Actually I read shbg and/or prolactin can be linked to gyno, and I randomly started experiencing puffy nipples about a week ago even though my estradiol level is low. Not sure what's up here. If they get bigger I will tell my doc. So far there is just a little bit of puffyness and no soreness (I did start to feel soreness before when I was on HCG, had elevated estradiol, and had not yet begun the arimidex.)
