23 year old athlete here looking for some Vet with dosages etc.

Hows it going guys?
I'm a 23 year old baseball player, 6'2", 185, and a total health nut when it comes to my diet and hydration. I train 5 days a week at high intesity, and I have been doing so for about 5 years. Also, I figured Id though this in--I have average to below average genes when it comes to stacking muscle and maintaining it, so throw that into consideration when looking at my cycle set-up. And this is going to be my final cycle which is why I don't want to bulk and than cut, I'm kinda looking to find a happy medium between the two for this final cycle

I'm about to start my 3rd cycle of gear and I want to hear from some vets whether they think my cycle set-up is going to get me the gains I am looking for. So lets start there, I'm looking to stack on between 10-20 pounds. However, this is not my main concern. My main concern is upping my power to weight ratio as much as possible while still putting on some weight. I want to become the fastest most explosive athlete I can be. To back that up I have a great training regiment, consisting mostly of high intensity Olympic style lifts.

Alright, well here is what I'm considering but I haven't ordered yet so I'm still open to opinions.

Tren-acetate 2000mg(only plan on taking about 1800 mg )
-week 1-4 75mg every other day, week 4-8 50 mg every other day

test-cyp
250 mg a week for weeks 1-12

Nolvadex( on cycle)
10 mg every day for all 12 weeks

Nolvadex (post cycle)
Week 1: 40mg every day
Week 2: 40mg every day
Week 3: 20mg every day
Week 4: 20mg every day

HCG during cycle(not to picky on exact name)
500iu a week for weeks 1-12

HCG (post cycle)
250iu every day for 20 days

Lestrozol in case of Gyno (PCT) only taking this if I show signes of Gynos
.25 5 times a week and .5 twice a week

Well that's it so please get back to me and let me know what you all think and whether or not this cycle will give me optimal results

Sust/ deca/ dbol

Also I find it best to lift light from time to time. Give your muscles a week break at least once a month.

Thats too much man, I'm looking for no more than 20 pounds of gains. With minimal water retention. Also, I've heard d bol can make you injury prone, which is a huge factor for me because being a pitcher already comes with high risk of injury

BTW how about instead of trying to make me feel like an idiot you actually help me! THAT'S WHY I POSTED THIS ! I KNEW IT WASN'T PERFECT! lol and I read your little sticky and I have decided that your the idiot because all my PCT dosages are identical to that on the sticky lol and it didn't talk about tren/test dosages so thanks for your reply lot of help brother

And I believe most roids your going to gain water weigth no matter what. It will come off when you're don
 
you dont have an issue with genetics my friend.. you have an issue with your diet.. im 100% sure of that.. you dont need gear bro
 
3J is right on the ball. I realize you're a basketball player, but this is your 3rd cycle and you're only 185 at 6'2? All you need is food.

So you're 23 and you're about to run your third cycle and you're only 185. What the heck were your first 2 cycles. Just curious
 
You being a baseball player. What does your training look like? Im sure you work on your quickness and sprints. Obviously if you want to build lbs of muscle but im sure the type of training you do would have to change from your normal workout routine. Lucky its the off season. Why do you want to get bigger any way. why not focus on stronger and faster. ...and im sure your diet could use work as 3j said. IMO

I ran straight winstrol. Thats it, I didn't know much of anything at the time. I asked around a little bit in the baseball world and found out this was most common. And thats it. Pretty Novice I know but I did it so now Im looking for some help developing a real cycle. And I know 185 isnt much but considering I started at 165 I think its okay because my power weight is pretty high. But I'm going for elite power weight ration
1.75 X body weight
2.5 X body weight on squat
and 300 pound bench

Im currently at
265 on power clean
405 pockets squate(as deep as possible)
and about 265 on bench
 
I want to get bigger because the few pounds I have gained have converted to miles an hour. Im on the verge of getting drafted and I need that little boost to help me out. If you look at MLB pitchers they are generally about 200 plus, at my height. And I understand my diet could be better if I wanted to gain large amounts of weight. But if I do that(which I have before) my weight goes up faster than my lifts increase. Except when I have dabbled with gear. When I was on the stuff my power weight ratio actual when up pretty substantially.

A typical day of training for me looks like this

4 sets X 5 reps power clean at 225
4 sets of front squats starting with 8 reps and working into a 2 rep max
3 sets X 5 reps of split jerk with 205
4 sets Hammy Curls
4 sets good mornings

Than Ill follow it up with abs/shoulders or joint integrity workouts

Dude, that's false I started at 165 and If all you need was food than we wouldn't have such a growing number of users in the MLB. Trust me I have been playing at a division 1 school for 4 years now and almost all players in my league and in the MLB are on some form of steroids. You wouldn't know because you don't play baseball and your not involved in the baseball world...but I am its my whole fuc*&ing life! which is why I am willing to take this 3rd cycle regardless of the side effects. So, if you don't want to help me with plan than pick on somebody else.
One last thing, I know my gains have been small but thats because both times I took 1 10ml bottle of Wini-V thats it.
